REQUIREMENTS
What You Need To Register
To enter the European ESWA Register, you must meet the following requirements.
Diploma from ESWA Accredited School
You must hold a valid diploma or certification from a school that has been accredited by ESWA. This ensures your training meets European standards.
Completed Internship Hours
You must have completed your internship at an ESWA-registered facility (ESWA Ready). The facility must be affiliated with ESWA to validate your practical training.
Professional Insurance (if independent)
If you are not registering through a FitnessWork partner, you must hold your own professional liability insurance (RCT). If registering via FitnessWork, insurance is included.

How to register in 4 simple steps

Create Your Profile
Register on the ESWA platform. Provide your personal information, contact details, and the discipline you are certified in.
STEP 2
Upload Your Qualification
Upload your diploma or certification from an ESWA-accredited school. Include your internship completion certificate from an ESWA Ready facility.
Step 3
Verification & Payment
Our team verifies your documentation. Once approved, complete the registration payment: €50 one-time fee. Annual renewal €40.
Step 4
You Are in the Register
Receive your verified ESWA profile with QR code, digital badge, and EQF level. You are now visible to employers across Europe on ESWA Hire.
